Considered one of the most important bands in Mexican rock, their sound is characterized by mixing elements of classic rock and roll, instrumental surf from the 60s and frenetic and hypnotizing rhythms. Lost Acapulco has achieved international recognition and has toured Mexico, the USA, Europe and Japan. His music has been praised for its energy, originality and ability to connect with audiences.
Throughout their career, Lost Acapulco has released 11 singles, 9 EPs, 3 LPs, several compilation albums and has participated in the soundtrack of Mexican films such as "Sexo, modesty and tears", "Perfume de violetos", "Matando cabos", "Atlético San Pancho”, the Netflix series "Club de Cuervos" and in different documentaries such as “El Camino Mas Largo de Enrique Bunbury”.
Lost Acapulco has been presented on numerous occasions in the largest and most important public squares and festivals in Mexico such as: Vive Latino, Coordenada, Wild O' Fest, Trópico, Zócalo de la CDMX, Monumento a la Revolución, Plaza de Santo Domingo among others achieving an impressive call in each of his interventions.
Currently, Lost Acapulco is present on Social Networks and Digital Platforms as well as in physical record stores. Their passion for music and vintage formats is responsible for making their relationship with their audience through any of these means imminent and permanent.
In August 2024 they will release their new single titled: “Gojira's Gang”, a song in which they are accompanied
by one of the most important saxophonists in Spain, the great “Dani Nel·lo”, current member of the Spanish super combo called: “Mambo Jambo”.
2025 is the year they will release their 4th studio LP and a compilation album extracting their live performances
Stronzo Gelantino & The Boo-Men, in Wirklichkeit nur halb so lustig wie sie aussehen, spielen natürlich auch heute für Euch ihre komische Tom & Jerry Musik. Anstatt wertvolle Bandproben mit dem Schreiben neuer Stücke zu verschwenden konzentriert sich die Band nun schon seit einiger Zeit mit großer Ernsthaftigkeit darauf vieles einfach schneller oder langsamer zu spielen. Ist einfacher und funktioniert. Stumpf ist Trumpf!
